- What advice would you give to other women seeking similar empowerment and recognition in their careers?
- Last year, I was honored to be nominated and considered for the Ally of the Year award. I've spent every day since modeling my leadership and mentoring my team in ways that hopefully live up to that honor every day for all women and cloud allies across the world. I have one bit of advice, develop your leaders with empathy, respect and accountability. 50% of the world's population is female. There's absolutely no reason that we can't have that same statistic reflected in the leadership of our industry today. It's our responsibility as allies to make sure all of these leaders are extremely successful as we build for the future today.
