- How does one go from Lean thinking to embodying what Lean really is?
- All right, so how do we go from Lean thinking to being Lean? I think the number one thing you have to do is... you have to approach it a little bit differently than we usually do. We usually say we're doing something. You have to approach it that you're not just doing something to something else as you're doing something for yourself. So you're learning. I think that's the first step... is that if we're doing things that are Lean, you know, we're learning how to be lean. We're kind of embodying that continuous improvement for ourselves, and so I think with it being us, it's the only thing we can really control, and, you know, you've got to turn it in and take a look at it.
