- Meet Chef Marissa Sertich Velie
- Hi, I'm Marisa Veley and I am the education director at the retail Bakers of America. I am really thrilled and excited to be coming to the AC F Culinary Educator Summit. I'll be participating in a session with Chef Jesse Jackson and Chef Lisa Kirchner to talk about what's next in cutting edge baking and pan three instruction. There are so many opportunities out there today in and outside of the classroom to prepare the next generation for the industry and I can't wait to talk about it. Um Coming to events like the AC F is so exciting events like the Educator Summit and I truly believe uh that community is our best resource in this industry. Um So when we come together for events to idea share, to meet people, to strengthen relationships, um with those, you already have truly make the industry stronger and I cannot wait to see everyone in New Orleans.
