- Who is SDI, culturally, to you?
- Hi! This is Christian, Event Coordinator with SDI. Who is S DI. culturally, to me? Uh well, culturally we're a family, a family made up of several different types of people. I'm actually coming to you here from CES, the Consumer Electronics Show. We do a lot of things. So family gets together, we're here for each other. Um, we get to do a lot of cool stuff together and so we're all learning and living and just really growing our space to what we want it to be. You know, being an employee owner, we all take responsibility for the success of the school. And so whatever we need to do, we're here to help. So welcome and hope to meet you soon. Thanks!
- Who is SDI, culturally, to you?
- Hello. I'm Rick Casner, Program Chair of the School of Firearms Technology. And I'm wanting to talk about the culture of SDI. And what that means to me. I came onto SDI SDI. About in November 2018. And from the very beginning I found that culturally we're we're a group of people who truly care about what we're providing our students, we're not providing it just to make money or or things like that. We're truly committed to what we teach our students, what we bring to our students and the way we bring it. So that that to me is who we are culturally. On a more personal note, the individual people that I'm surrounded by I count them some of my dearest friends as as some of my dearest friends just because of the it's more of a family. We look out for each other. We we care about each other. I've had people when I've been going through rough times in my life, on a personal side, that people in the industry or in the at SDI, have reached out to me and and checked in and seeing how I'm doing. So generally I would say culturally just inside and out, we are people who care and we welcome you to the fold.
