- Hello, I'm Marcia Donziger, and I am a culture and engagement strategist for the nonprofit industry, social sector, and for healthcare organizations.
- Tell us what you do.
- I help companies who are struggling with burnout, a lack of leadership alignment, high turnover, higher than normal. And so how I do this is, I've created a proprietary model called Culture Cares, and it's a framework and a structure that will help a leadership team fully create a culture that is flexible and adaptable to their own vision, mission and values. And I am so passionate about people being happy and healthy at work. And so I've done tons of research, I have case studies that I share with audiences and um, and I just, I either go in, and I do a keynote speech, or I run a workshop. I love workshops because I get to interact with people, and I also act as a fractional chief culture officer, really digging deep in within an organization who wants to transform their culture in order to elevate morale, engagement and really look after the health and well-being of their employees and staff. So that's what I'm most passionate about.
- Tell us about your signature talk.
- My signature talk is called "Lead With Confidence, Clarity and Courage: A Healthy Culture Starts with a Strategy". So, I've done a lot of research. I'm working on a second book now called "The Strategic Culture Leader: How to Create a Healthy, Empowering and Inclusive Culture Where Your People Thrive". And part of this research is that leaders are really struggling with lack of clarity and alignment on their own teams. Sustained burnout is a continued problem, as well as low morale, overwhelmed stress, therefore impacting performance and results. So my signature talk about how to lead with confidence, clarity and courage addresses all of these pain points and shares data and case study information through stories to help people really think differently about culture in our post-pandemic world, it's really aligned with the future of work, and flexibility, and employee expectations that have changed forever. So my signature talk is intended to inspire and motivate and give actionable insights that the audience can take away and apply immediately. So that's really important to me as well. And that's my signature talk.
