• Are there any particular thought leaders or public figures in the tech industry who have inspired you throughout your career?
• Hi there, I'm Ty Talbert, founder and CEO of Ponder AI. So I'm here to share my story of inspiration on a technology leader. One word Microsoft. So, here's a quick story of why I chose the path to computer science that later moved into sales, engineering, tech, consulting, cloud sales, and then eventually starting my own tech start up. So once upon a time in 1995 my father brought home a brand new computer and on it was something called Windows 95 I literally fell in love with the operating system, started exploring computing and tech and it Microsoft was the reason I decided to go to school for computer science. I'm also proud to say that I ended my corporate career after 14 years in the tech sales space. I ended my corporate career at Microsoft as a account exec who sold Microsoft 365 to the public sector. And Microsoft for start ups was my first tech empowerment investor when I launched my start up in 2022. So I'm an engineer who loves to solve problems and I've learned how to solve problems with technology. And I'm proud to now have a company that leverages AI and analytics to solve new problems for the future of the workplace.
