• Hi. I'm Duncan Wood-Allum from SLC. We just used Cybility to support our, uh, cybersecurity, training to ensure that we keep our customers data well protected. And we protect ourselves from risks of phishing and hacking and all sorts of cyber nasties. So a two hour training course I certainly feel a lot more confident as an MD that my company is acting responsibly and is protecting itself and minimising risk so highly recommended. Thanks. • How did this compare to annual e-learning?
• We have to have, uh, cyber training as part of our cyber insurance policy. Um, that could be a bit of a tick box exercise, and we could have accessed free training. But actually, as a responsible employer, I want to make sure that my employees and their families are safe at home as well as safe at work and that we look after our clients and we look after each other. So, um, yeah, we've invested in this because it's really important to us.
• Your Experience Working with Cybility
• So, I think one thing we really liked about the training was it was very interactive. We had to investigate a breach of a made up company's security system. So the team were, you know, were exploring email trails. They were looking at various correspondence in very well designed packs that made the issue seem very real to us, you know. My team get very bored quickly if the training isn't top notch. but they were fully engaged, and you know, I could see that they were really soaking up the learning as we were going. So, I think the interactive style of training from Cybility is top notch, you know, really good. Thank you.
