- Hello, everyone. Uh, Chef Stefan here. I'm the director at Disney World, and part of my job here at Disney is concept, development, product development and business optimisation. And it also includes mentoring. And I'm excited to come out to the AC F National Convention to talk about our storytelling and connection with, uh, text to taste and flavour. I hope to get to see you all because this convention is a great opportunity to meet other people professionals to have a cup of coffee to just socialise. I'm excited to come out to taste the flavours of, uh, New Orleans, especially the, um It's a famous item from the cafe tomorrow. You can wait. I'm looking forward to seeing all of you.
