- I was really excited to try out the stories and wisdom learning experience. I'm an L and D professional myself. So I love trying out new learning experiences. So when Michala told me about using stories in a game and learn from them, I was the first one to put my hand up and I was amazed by the simplicity of the game. And at the same time, the depths that is allowed to change stories with others having the transcriptions was a huge help to um to have an objective analysis. But also as a non native English speaker, I could see the benefit of when you have different languages in a company, for example, that it really could help out. So the story then wisdom experience that Michala has facilitated, it brought us closer together. It uncovered hidden pain points, gain points, insights in really such a short time. It gave us a clear idea on what we could be working on. It was amazing results.

- The wisdom, the stories and wisdom learning platform was very experiential. For me, it brought about lots of engagement um making people tell about themselves. And it also brought about lots of insights from the questions you have to answer, using the cards. You know, bringing, bringing memories sometimes, bringing us into frames of mind or things that we have gone through. So it really did create some thought provoking moments where we had to tell about our experiences, memories of things we've done in the past that the questions actually spurred, you know, bringing them back on for us to engage on. That was really, really lovely.
