• Why is 'Human Behavior' the missing link in most security strategies?
• I believe we tend to overlook human behaviors in our strategies due to the dynamic nature of humans. We often design our protection thinking of criminal elements based on our image of who the bad actor is. This causes practitioners to overlook insider threats or threats that come from other vectors. We can also get lulled into just following our security standards and not looking at a threat dynamically due to that same thought process.
