- Hi there, I'm Lisa Hammett. I am a Success Coach at TEDx, and motivational speaker, and an international best- selling author.
- Tell us what you do.
- As a success coach, I help executives and high performing business owners manage stress to prevent burnout and get healthy. Mental fitness is at the foundation of my practice and I'm currently in the process of finishing up my certification in positive intelligence mental fitness. I also partner with corporations to help educate their staff on practices to manage stress to prevent burnout. I'm a motivational speaker as well as a TEDX speaker, and I'm also a best-selling author of From Burnout to Best Life. In my book, I share practical tips for living your happiest, healthiest life. And I integrate my journey of overcoming burnout to a happy, healthy, fulfilled life.

- So I have two signature speeches that I do. One is How To Prevent Burnout Before It Happens by developing mental fitness. I walk the audience through understanding really what causes burnout and what is mental fitness and what is the science back research supporting that, and how you can apply mental fitness in your life. So you can have a clear-headed focus. You can have better communication and relationships and you can be happier and healthier. My second signature talk is about Work-Life Balance and I'm not gonna lie to you and say that you can have a perfectly balanced life because that is not reality, but you can have a mostly balanced life. And in this particular talk, I walk the audience through some very practical tips that they can implement in their own life in order to have a mostly balanced life so that they can have better relationships, they can be more productive and they can have a happy, healthy, fulfilled life.
