• What is your favorite thing about working at SDI?
• Hey, I'm Theo Susuras and I work in the audio visual department here at SDI. My favorite thing about working here is the people in the culture. Everyone that I've met here over the years has been so friendly and so helpful, and I feel right at home and I hope you feel the same way too. Have a good day!
• What is your favorite thing about working at SDI?
• Hi! My name is Chelsea. I work here at SDI, in the Operations department as an Office Manager. I think my favorite thing about SDI would have to be the ownership mentality amongst coworkers. It's one of SDI's core values and I think it's such a fantastic pillar for success for the company. Being employee owned makes you feel empowered to share your thoughts and ideas. And also have them heard and implement when possible, which I think is really exciting. But it's also exciting to know that when you build with SDI, you help SDI grow and succeed, that you also reap some of the rewards, since some of those things are directly tied to SDI's annual share price. Aside from that, another reward is the overall mindset of your co-workers around you. Most are looking for ways to improve for the continued growth of SDI. And I think in return having this mindset helps you grow as an individual. So it's taught me personally a lot about sharing my ideas with others, if I have a good idea or an area I can see that could be improved. And I share those without hesitation because I feel there's such an open line of communication and for that I feel really heard of SDI and very seen. And so that is definitely why I enjoy working here at SDI.
• What is your favorite thing about working at SDI? And what is your role in the student life cycle?
• Greetings! My name is Sam Field. I am Military and Veteran Services Specialist working in the Department of Military and Veterans Services. My favorite thing working here at SDI are the continuous interactions I get to have with our military community, whether it is providing information about our programs, finding resources or aiding in their transition into higher education. You know, I really find enjoyment in helping them in achieving their educational goals.
