- What is the history of mdg's Random Acts of Kindness initiative?
- mdg's Random Acts of Kindness initiative began in response to the Sandy Hook shootings that happened on December 14th, 2012. So, to honor the 26 innocent lives lost, we performed 26 random acts of kindness and each year since we've collectively performed one good deed for each day in January. Surprising strangers, donating to charitable causes and generally just acting in ways that demonstrate compassion for those in our communities. Our goal really is to start each new year by spreading more love throughout the world.
