• Hi, I'm Julie Webb, founder and chief leadership stylist at JMW Collective, a leadership consulting practice focused on the insurance space. Through group and individual coaching, workshops and speaking engagements, I'm on a mission to design a thriving insurance industry that is equitable, inclusive and resilient for generations to come. I love to create spaces that are engaging and interactive and provide time for both connection and self- reflection.
