- Today's leaders are facing the biggest challenges of their insurance careers: an unprecedented hard market, hybrid work environments, the impact of AI and technology on their teams and an ongoing talent crisis only made worse by the Great Resignation. In this dynamic business environment, effective leadership has never been more important. Organizations are seeking leaders who embody assertiveness, inclusiveness and authenticity, qualities innate to women. My workshop "See Your Signature Style," is tailored specifically for professional women. Together, we dive into the three components of your signature style: self, experience and energy. We'll design effective strategies to leverage your unique style and elevate your leadership, and you'll walk away with a broadened awareness and sensitivity to how our changing business landscape impacts how and where we must show up as leaders. And don't worry, ladies, just like your favorite pair of jeans, your signature style looks good on you.
