- Hi, my name is Christine Schindler and I'm the co founder and CEO here at Paths Spot. We're thrilled to be featured among the Kitchen Innovation awardees this year and we're so excited to be present at the National Restaurant Association show. Being able to demonstrate and share our solution path is a unique component to be able to tackle everything across the back of house operating system for health safety hygiene and digitization of these critical components for streamlining operations, efficiencies. Our core product is centered around a hand washing and sanitation hub which identifies invisible contamination on employees hands in less than two seconds and then uses data and analytics to drive real change around food safety culture, hand washing and hygiene sops and to identify any gas that may exist in critical areas of sanitation. We've built on that to encompass a full safety suite including power temp. Our unique solution being able to identify an alert in real time to any difficulties or issues surrounding temperatures in either point in time situations with food or more holistic areas as it comes to coolers, refrigerators and other critical control areas, power labels that identify food spoilage and these components in real time as well. And power tasks with our dashboard that identify all components of the audit process for safety, health and hygiene in real time. Thank you for learning a little bit about our product and we would be thrilled to show and share more with you at the show. Please stop by.
