- Hi, my name is Ron Scott, managing director for Bakery and Snacks Manufacturing with HEB. This is my second B A convention. One thing I like about the industry is its ability to evolve. We've evolved with workforce. We've evolved in emerging trends to satisfy our customer needs and we've evolved in the way we embrace technology to service our customers.
