- What are you looking forward to most about Security LeadHER?
- It's tough to be your best when you feel alone. I think that's how a lot of women in the security industry feel sometimes. They may adore their work colleagues, but as women, they still feel subtle and not so subtle biases about how they're treated professionally. I've certainly felt that way at times. The Security LeadHER conference will be the first industry event I've ever been at where women will be in the majority - setting the rules and enjoying complete empowerment. I can't wait to share in that energy.

- We are thrilled to be a premier sponsor for Security LeadHER. As here at Wesco, we have a very active, robust business resource group WIN which stands for Women's Impact Network. We believe in creating an environment where all women can thrive and it is a critical component of our inclusion and diversity strategy across all aspects of our organization. From our distribution center floors to advisory services to our boardroom. Women are engineers, strategists, problem solvers, innovators, mentors, and leaders that power progress for our customer suppliers and fellow colleagues. Wesco's participation in the Security LeadHER event is one of the many examples of how our company invests in and shapes strong female leaders by providing programs and opportunities that help women develop skills, network, and gain experiences that advance their careers. We really hope you enjoy the event and we're thrilled to be a part of it.
