• I believe it's very important for chefs to attend the National convention because it is a great networking opportunity. You're gonna meet a lot of different chefs. You're gonna learn a lot of new things about the industry. Please join us in New Orleans because it's gonna be so amazing, a lot of great stuff, a lot of good food and a lot of great history.

• We are hoping you're coming to AC F in New Orleans and you should come because it's in New Orleans and because it's Ac F so New Orleans, really one of America's only real indigenous cuisines. Food around America is exploding. But so much exciting cooking is going on here in New Orleans. So you need to come just to eat. But the presentations are going to be fantastic what I'm seeing so far. I can't wait. I'll be there, looking forward to seeing you come and have a cocktail with me.

• Hi there, Chef Matthew Dolan from 25 Lusk here in San Francisco, California. Pretty excited about the American Culinary Federation's annual conference in New Orleans coming up in July, middle of July. I'll be there presenting oysters talking about oysters chefs. If you haven't signed up, you should come a lot, a lot of cool characters. They're going to be there. Kind of showing some really neat stuff. I'm excited to share my love and the beauty of what the oyster is and I used to live there in New Orleans and I cannot wait to have a proper bowl of gumbo because nobody else knows how to do it. So, and when I'm there, I can't wait to go back to my old stopping grounds and see if my old boss Emer Lassi is still kicking around on Chaula Street. Anyway, Matthew Dolan 25 left.
