- What tips and/or heartfelt words of encouragement do you have for your future students as they consider, and begin Paragon training?
- I think the one thing I wanna tell you to, as you as you begin this journey with Pargon is to not get discouraged, um, instead of feeling discouraged, let it empower you to be determined that you can do this. Um, it, it's hard not having somebody by your side, trust your mentor. That is what they're there for. They want you to succeed because if you succeed, they succeed. They are there to help you every step of the way. Don't sit back and think you've already told them you can't do this or you can't do that. Reach out and ask, ask specific questions that you can interact with your mentor. They can help you through some of the toughest things, even though they're not standing right next to you. That's their job. That's what we want to do. We want to be there for you, and I always tell my students communication is key to your success, and that's true. If you don't communicate with us, we can't help you. And I always tell my students as well when they say they don't want to ask questions, is you don't know what you don't know until you ask, and then you'll know. So, ask questions, communicate with your mentor often, read your messages, cause a lot of times they have good tips and tricks in there as well, and they wanna help.
