• The curriculum through Paragon is top notch. The wide variety of stylists on the video training are the best in the industry, and your new student gets to learn from the best. The fact that the student will have a coach that they can ask questions and get feedback from is extremely helpful and encouraging to a beginner. It also helps the employer by taking the load off of them to oversee a student totally in training. They're so good about helping the student stay on track and checking to make sure that, that they are in line with the schedule for the program.
